You will be in the city centre, extremely close to the University and Hospital.This Spacious double bedroom is going to be your private Quarters, comes with its own private kitchenette and En- Suite, you’ll have everything you would ever need.Free Wi-Fi and a TV, watching Netflix or Prime is one of the few channels you can enjoy.

You will have your own workspace as well.

In addition you will have access to a shared hallway, WC and a spacious kitchen, Dining living area.

Guest access

Whilst you’ll have your own private quarters not all rooms will be accessible, Only the hallway and the main kitchen and dining area are accessible , the other suites cannot be accessed unless you have booked them.

Other things to note

This is self check in property.

You’ll be required to pay a £250 security deposit before being able to check in , fully refundable as long as no damages are reported and the house rules are followed.

Our check in time is 15:00 (early check-in can be arranged for a nominal fee, please enquire)

Our check out time is 10:00 (if late check out is required, we can accommodate for a nominal fee)

Also we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more) there maybe an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So keep the keys safe.

There is zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g. Smoke smell, ashes, butt’s, etc..)
We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises or outside guest. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay with immediate affect (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated costs will be charged to you via your security deposit or the card you paid with, local authorities maybe present (if required).
